Organic Well: a clinic, a store and the system behind them

Organic Well is a functional and longevity medicine clinic in Coconut Grove. Its patients arrive with different questions, so the website gives each of them a starting point: service pages, physician profiles, a consultation request and a choice of English or Spanish. The aim was to make the clinic easier to understand while keeping public information apart from private clinical work.

The clinic’s supplements and skincare sell through a Shopify store built alongside the site. Products are grouped by category and supported by detail pages and a journal, with single products and packs, subscription options and a purchase bar that stays within reach while people browse.

Behind both sits the clinic’s CRM: calls, messages, leads and appointments in one workspace the whole team shares. Vicky, the AI assistant, helps with missed calls, after-hours messages, lead follow-up and booking, within rules the clinic sets. The overview on its case page was made with personal, medical and account details hidden.

Who does business in the Grove

Coconut Grove is Miami’s oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood, and it keeps its own pace. Medical and wellness practices sit a few minutes from Brickell and Coral Gables. Restaurants, cafés and shops fill CocoWalk, Main Highway and Commodore Plaza. Around Dinner Key and the sailing clubs, charters, sailing schools and boat services work the bay, while real estate offices, galleries and professional firms fill in the rest.

Most of these businesses serve people who live within a few miles, plus visitors who come for a day on the water or for the Grove’s festivals. Customers speak English and Spanish, and they find a place the way everyone does now: on a phone, through Google Maps and reviews, with a quick look at the website before they call.

What a website in the Grove needs to do

For a practice or clinic: explain each service in plain words, show who will see the patient and keep the consultation request short. Medical details stay out of general website forms.

For a restaurant, café or shop: hours, menu or products, location and parking, reservations or orders, and a Google profile that matches the website word for word.

For a charter, sailing school or marine service: what’s included, who it suits, what happens if the weather turns, and a request form that collects the date, group size and special needs before anyone calls back.

Getting found in Coconut Grove

Local search starts with a complete Google Business Profile: the right primary category, real photos, accurate hours, service areas where they apply, and reviews asked for the right way. Google doesn’t allow anything to be offered in return for a review, so the request should be simple and honest.

The website then confirms the same facts: the same business name, phone and address, a page that names Coconut Grove where that is true, structured data that describes the business as what it is, and a Spanish version when your customers speak Spanish. AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini build their answers from the same facts, so consistency helps in both places.

Working with us

We meet in the Grove by appointment, at your business or wherever suits you, and work remotely between meetings. Daniel is your point of contact from the first conversation through the project. You receive a written proposal with the scope and the price before any work starts, and larger projects are built in steps: often the website first, then the inquiry inbox and missed-call follow-up, then appointments and reminders.

Web design in Coconut Grove, Miami

Yes, by appointment, at your business or wherever suits you. Between meetings we work by phone, WhatsApp, email and online calls.

The clinic’s website and store are live, and each has a case page on our site. The CRM is private, so its case page shows a short overview with personal, medical and account details hidden; no calls, messages or bookings were made for it.

Yes. The same principles apply: show what you offer, answer the questions people ask before they come, and make the next step easy on a phone. Our Electroniconch site, for sound, DJ and lighting rentals, is an example outside healthcare.

Yes. The Organic Well site is. Each language gets its own address, so Google shows people the right version, and each version should read naturally, not like a translation.

No, and no one honestly can: Google decides rankings. We stand behind the work itself: a technically sound site, content that answers your customers’ questions and a complete business profile.
