In short

Google Ads management is the planning, setup and ongoing running of paid campaigns on Google Search, Google Maps and, where it fits, Performance Max. Goldren Studio in Miami plans each campaign together with the page it sends people to and with conversion tracking for calls, forms, WhatsApp clicks and bookings. The account is in your name, the ad budget is paid directly to Google, and reports show the cost of a real inquiry, not just clicks.

Our commitments

Who it’s for

For the local business that needs the phone to ring, and the company that needs its account under control.

Small business

A small business

You want calls from people nearby who are searching for your service today. The budget matters, so every dollar has to be traceable to a call or a message. We start with the searches closest to a purchase, in the areas you actually serve, and send them to a page built to answer them.

Established company

An established company

You have several services or locations, an account that has grown over the years, and management asking what it returns. We audit and clean up the account, structure campaigns by service and area, connect tracking to your CRM, and report in terms your team can use. We work alongside your in-house marketing.

What’s included

Campaigns built around real inquiries.

  1. An account in your name

We set up a new Google Ads account in your name, or audit the one you have: settings, wasted spend, tracking and structure. You keep full access and the full history, always.

  2. Keyword and competitor research

Which searches show intent to buy, which only look similar, and what competitors in your area bid on. Negative keywords keep your ads away from searches that will never become customers.

  3. Campaigns, ads and assets

Search campaigns by service and area, local and Maps visibility, and Performance Max where your offer suits it. Ads are written for each group of searches, with calls, locations and site links added.

  4. A landing page that answers the search

An ad is only as good as the page behind it. We build a new landing page or improve an existing one, so the person who clicked finds exactly what the ad promised.

  5. Conversion tracking

Calls, forms, WhatsApp clicks and bookings are tracked as conversions. With a CRM connected, you can see which inquiries became customers, and judge campaigns by that.

  6. Management and plain-language reports

Bids, searches and ads are reviewed regularly, and every month you get a short report: what was spent, what it brought, what we changed and what we plan next.

How it works

Nothing spends money until you’ve approved it.

  1. Step 01

    A first conversation

You tell Daniel which services you want more of, where your customers are and what a good customer is worth to you. If Google Ads isn’t the right place to start, you’ll hear that.

  2. Step 02

    Scope and price in writing

The proposal sets out the campaigns, the landing page, the tracking and the management fee. The ad budget is separate and paid directly to Google.

  3. Step 03

    Setup with review points

You approve the keywords, the ads and the landing page before anything goes live. Tracking is tested with real calls and form submissions.

  4. Step 04

    Launch, adjust, report

Campaigns go live, are adjusted as data comes in, and are reported on every month. No long lock-in: if it stops making sense for you, you can stop.

What affects the price

What shapes the price.

The management fee and the ad budget are two separate things. The fee depends on:

  • Campaigns and locations: How many services, areas and campaigns need their own structure and ads.
  • The landing page: Whether an existing page is enough, needs improving, or a new one is built.
  • Tracking: Calls, forms, WhatsApp, bookings and a CRM connection each add setup.
  • Management and reporting: How often the account is reviewed and how detailed the reports need to be.
  • The current account: A clean new account is simpler than an old one that needs an audit and a rebuild.

The ad budget is paid directly to Google from your own account. For the management you get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts, and nothing extra appears on the invoice.

No borrowed numbers.

There’s no ads case study on this site yet, and we won’t show someone else’s results as ours. What you can see is where an ad’s click lands: the websites and inquiry paths Goldren Studio builds.

On Electroniconch’s rental site, an inquiry collects the location, the gear and the guest count; on Organic Well’s clinic site, visitors find the right service and physician before requesting a consultation. That’s the kind of page your campaigns will send people to.

Google Ads

Enough to learn something useful, and no more than you’re comfortable with. The right budget depends on what clicks cost for your services in your area and on what a customer is worth to you. We work it out together and agree on it before launch; it’s paid directly to Google.

Yes. The account is in your name from the first day, with all its history, campaigns and tracking. You can stop at any time, and nothing is held back.

Search reaches people typing exactly what you offer; local and Maps visibility matters for businesses that customers visit or call nearby; Performance Max can help when you have a clear offer and good tracking. Most businesses start with Search and add the rest when the data supports it.

There’s no fixed price list. The management fee depends on the campaigns, locations, landing page and tracking involved, and the ad budget is separate. After a short conversation you get the scope and the price in writing, before any work starts.

The timeline is agreed in writing before we start. It depends on whether a landing page has to be built, how complex the tracking is and how quickly keywords and ads are approved on your side.

No. Google runs an auction and decides where ads appear, and results depend on the market, the offer and the budget. Anyone who guarantees first place is guessing. We set a goal you can measure, manage toward it and report honestly on what happened.

Yes, with care. Healthcare and some other categories have extra Google advertising policies, and some claims and targeting aren’t allowed. We plan campaigns within those rules from the start, and if something needs certification or legal review, we tell you before launch.

A short monthly report in plain words: spend, conversions, the cost of a real inquiry, what changed and what’s next. Questions in between are answered by Daniel within one business day.

Daniel’s note

I treat your ad budget as carefully as my own. Every campaign is tied to its page and its follow-up, so you can see which ads bring customers and stop the ones that don’t.
