In short

A website redesign rebuilds an existing site so it’s clearer, faster and easier to update, without throwing away what already brings visitors and inquiries. Goldren Studio in Miami starts from your analytics and search data, keeps or redirects every old address, moves the content that works and rewrites what doesn’t, keeps your tracking, and checks everything after launch. Nobody can promise that rankings won’t move after a change; careful planning keeps the risk small.

Our commitments

Who it’s for

For a site that has served its time, and for one that has grown too big to manage.

Small business

A small business

Your site was built years ago, looks out of date on a phone, and every change means calling someone. We keep the pages and words that still bring customers, rebuild the rest on something your team can edit, and make it fast on phones. Often it’s a smaller project than you expect.

Established company

An established company

You have many pages, several editors, integrations with a CRM, booking or a store, and people who need to approve changes. We plan the migration page by page, agree templates with your brand and marketing teams, test on a staging copy and switch over at a time that suits your business.

What’s included

A redesign that respects what you already have.

  1. An audit of the current site

Before any design, we look at what the site does today: which pages bring visitors and inquiries, which searches you appear for, what’s slow, what’s broken, and where visitors give up. That tells us what to keep, fix or remove.

  2. A page plan and a redirect map

Every old address is either kept or pointed to its new page with a permanent redirect, so visitors and search engines don’t hit dead ends. Pages that bring traffic keep their content, or improve it, rather than disappearing.

  3. New design and clearer copy

A design that fits your brand today and reads well on a phone, with copy rewritten where the old pages were vague. Pages are organised around your customers’ questions, not around your org chart.

  4. Content moved with care

Text, images, documents and forms move to the new site and are cleaned up on the way. Page titles and descriptions that already work stay; the ones that don’t are rewritten.

  5. An editor your team can use

Your team can update text, photos and simple pages without a developer, and you get a short guide that shows how.

  6. Launch checks and monitoring

On launch day we test redirects, forms, tracking and speed, then watch Google Search Console and your analytics in the weeks after, and fix anything that shows up.

How it works

Your current site stays live until the new one is ready.

  1. Step 01

    A first conversation

You tell Daniel what bothers you about the site and what it should do better. With read-only access to your analytics and Search Console, we also see what the data says.

  2. Step 02

    Scope and price in writing

After the audit you get a written proposal: what we keep, what we rebuild, the pages, the integrations and the price. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. Step 03

Design and build on a copy

We build on a staging copy, with review points you agree to in advance. Your current site keeps working, and nobody sees the new one until you approve it.

  4. Step 04

    Switch-over, handover and support

We switch at an agreed time, run the launch checks and hand over the documentation and access. Then a monthly care plan or help on demand, with no long lock-in.

What affects the price

What shapes the price.

A redesign can be a light refresh or a full rebuild. The main factors:

  • Pages and templates: How many pages the site has, and how many different page types need their own design.
  • Content: How much moves as it is, how much is rewritten, and who writes it.
  • Integrations: Forms, a CRM, booking, a store or member areas that need to keep working after the switch.
  • Design depth: A clean update of your current look, or a new visual identity with custom illustration, photography or motion.
  • Languages and the current setup: Extra languages, and how easy or hard it is to get content and access out of the old site.

After a short conversation and a look at your site, you get the scope and the price in writing, before any work starts. What isn’t in the proposal won’t show up on the invoice.

The standard a rebuilt site is held to.

There’s no redesign case study on this site yet, and we won’t dress up a new build as one. What you can see is the standard a redesign is built to: the Organic Well clinic website in Coconut Grove, where visitors find the clinic’s services and physicians, request a consultation, and read everything in English or Spanish.

Clear service pages, physician profiles and a simple path to a consultation are exactly what most redesigns set out to recover.

FAQ.

Website redesign

Any change to a website can move rankings for a while, and nobody can honestly promise otherwise. What reduces the risk is the work: every old address mapped and redirected, pages that rank kept and improved, titles preserved, and Search Console checked after launch so problems are fixed quickly.

Not necessarily. Sometimes the right answer is to keep your current system and fix the design, content and speed on top of it. We decide after the audit and tell you plainly which option makes more sense, and why.

If the site mostly works and a few things hold it back, such as speed, a confusing menu or weak service pages, a focused fix can be enough, and it costs less. We’ll say so. A full redesign makes sense when the structure itself no longer fits your business.

There’s no price list. The price depends on the number of pages, how much content is rewritten, the integrations and the design depth. After the first conversation and a look at your site, you get the scope and the price in writing, and nothing starts until you agree.

The timeline is agreed in writing before we start, with a switch-over date that suits your business. It depends on the size of the site, how much content changes and how quickly reviews happen on your side. Your current site stays live the whole time.

You do: the domain, the website, its code and content, and every account are in your name. If a previous vendor still holds your domain or logins, we help you get them back into your name as part of the project.

We watch redirects, forms, tracking and Search Console closely after the switch and fix what comes up. Then you choose a monthly care plan or help on demand, with no long lock-in, and a handover document shows how everything works.

Send your website address and a few lines about what you’d like to change, through the form, by email or on WhatsApp. Daniel replies within one business day and suggests a short call.

Daniel’s note

I start a redesign by finding out what the old site does well, because the pages that quietly bring you customers deserve to survive the new design.
