Information and project agreements

This website presents Goldren Studio services and selected work. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or a project agreement. Scope, fees, payment dates, deliverables, revisions, ownership, third-party costs, cancellation and support are set out in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Content and intellectual property

Studio content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Client names, trademarks and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Portfolio display does not transfer those rights. Illustrative scenes and synthetic narration are creative presentations, not claims that depicted people are employees or that scenes show our premises.

Responsible use

Do not submit unlawful or harmful content, spam the forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site. You are responsible for having the right to share materials you send us. Please do not send confidential or sensitive records through the general inquiry form.

Demonstrations, results and availability

Examples show particular projects and do not guarantee identical results, sales, lead volume or search ranking for another business. Third-party platforms and external websites are independently operated. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces the terms of a signed project agreement.
